Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

We offer a range of products that cater to different dietary needs. However, as our products are made in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of these ingredients.

Can I place an order for pick-up?

Yes, you can place an order online and choose the pick-up option at checkout. We'll have your order ready at our bakery at the specified time.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For regular orders, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. For large orders and custom cakes, please place your order at least one week in advance.

Can I customize my order?

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

How should I store my baked goods?

Our baked goods are best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase. However, they can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Some items, like cakes and pastries with cream fillings, should be refrigerated.
